I work at the Management Faculty, University of Gdansk. I am a co-author of numerous strategies, e.g., ‘Gdańsk - World Amber Capital’ and image strategies for medical entities. I’ve just completed a six-year project: Sustainable tourism for wellbeing in the South Baltic region - Good Practices and Promotion (SB WELL), where I was the Information Manager. I as a researcher in ‘Circular economy tools to support innovation in green and blue tourism SMEs’ project. I am currently involved in the BASCIL project: Innovative Solutions for the Rural Food Production Sector to Diversify into Sustainable Culinary Tourism Services. Author of the book: Design Management. Determinants and effects of implementation in a company. Co-founder of the Wellbeing International association based in Sweden. I was awarded a postdoctoral degree (DSc) in 2022.
