The platform has two complementary pieces of equipment: a Maldi-Tof spectrometer and an ion mobility electrospray. The first allows gentle ionization, with no fragmentation effect on the compounds thanks to the different ionizing matrices used, in the form of traces but also multi-charged. The complement of ionic mobility makes it possible to identify molecules of different chemical conformations. Analyses of: peptides, polyphenols, polylactides, synthetic organic compounds, extracts of algae or halophyte plants, polysaccharides, metabolites.
